Responsibilities:

• Plans, implements and evaluate strategies for store profitability
• Responsible in achieving sales target and ensuring operating costs are kept within budget allocations
• Monitors efficient functioning of the branch particularly in image building, customer satisfaction, sales, inventory, collection and people management
• Manages day to day store operations including adherence to store SOP’s and performs administrative functions
• Manages daily store operations
• Plans and manages profitability of store’s events, promotions, and other marketing activities
• Manages performance and productivity of staff

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent
• With at least 1 year relative work experience is required for this position
• Must have sufficient knowledge of store operations, cashiering, sales, inventory, and collection management
